Earl Grey Martini Cocktail

Ingredients:

  • 150 ml gin
  • 2 Earl Grey tea bags
  • 2 egg whites
  • 2 lemon slices
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • Ice
 

Instructions:

  1. Steep 2 Earl Grey tea bags in 150 ml of gin for 5 minutes.
  2. Remove the tea bags and set the tea-infused gin aside.
  3. In a cocktail shaker, combine the tea-infused gin, 2 egg whites, the juice from 2 lemon slices, and 2 teaspoons of honey.
  4. Add ice to the shaker.
  5. Shake well until the mixture becomes frothy.
  6. Strain the mixture into a martini glass.
  7. Garnish with a lemon slice, if desired.
