Ingredients:
- 150 ml gin
- 2 Earl Grey tea bags
- 2 egg whites
- 2 lemon slices
- 2 teaspoons honey
- Ice
Instructions:
- Steep 2 Earl Grey tea bags in 150 ml of gin for 5 minutes.
- Remove the tea bags and set the tea-infused gin aside.
- In a cocktail shaker, combine the tea-infused gin, 2 egg whites, the juice from 2 lemon slices, and 2 teaspoons of honey.
- Add ice to the shaker.
- Shake well until the mixture becomes frothy.
- Strain the mixture into a martini glass.
- Garnish with a lemon slice, if desired.
