Green Tea Cocktail

green tea whiskey cocktail, ceylon tea

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup whiskey
  • 1/4 cup green tea
  • 1/4 cup sparkling water
  • Ice cubes

Instructions:

  1. Pour 1/4 cup hot (but not boiling) water over 1 teaspoon of green tea leaves.
  2. Let it steep for 2 minutes.
  3. Strain the tea leaves and refrigerate the brewed tea until chilled.
  4. Fill a glass with ice.
  5. Pour in 1/4 cup whiskey.
  6. Add the chilled green tea.
  7. Add sparkling water.
