Ingredients:
- 1 cup jasmine green tea (brewed and cooled)
- 3 tbsp white rum
- 2 tbsp fresh lime juice
- 2 tbsp simple syrup (adjust to taste)
- 6-8 fresh mint leaves
- Sparkling water
- Ice cubes
- Lime slice
- Mint sprig
Instructions:
- Pour 1 cup of hot water (not boiling) over 1 tea bag of Jasmine green tea.
- Let it steep for 3 minutes.
- Remove the tea bag.
- Allow the tea to cool to room temperature.
- Refrigerate until chilled.
- In a cocktail shaker, grind fresh mint leaves with simple syrup and lime juice.
- Add the cooled jasmine tea and white rum to the mixture.
- Shake well.
- Add ice cubes to a glass.
- Pour the mixture over ice cubes.
- Top with sparkling water.
- Garnish with a lime slice and mint sprigs.
