This delightful sauce combines the tartness of cranberries with the aromatic notes of Ceylon tea, making it a perfect accompaniment to turkey and other dishes. Here’s how to make it:

Ingredients:

• 1 cup brewed Ceylon tea (hot)
• 3 cups fresh cranberries
• 1 cup sugar (adjust to taste)
• Zest of 1 orange

Instructions:

1. Brew a cup of Ceylon tea and set it aside to cool slightly.
2. Combine the fresh cranberries and sugar in a medium saucepan.
3. Pour in the brewed Ceylon tea.
4. Bring the mixture to a simmer over medium heat.
5. Stir occasionally.
6. Continue to simmer for about 10-15 minutes until the cranberries start to burst and the sauce thickens.
7. Remove from heat when sauce gets desired consistency.
8. Stir in the orange zest.
9. Let the sauce cool to room temperature.
